- Day One - Only have clear liquids. This means water, broths, tea, coffee, and sugar-free non-carbonated beverages.
- Days Two and Three - You will adhere to a liquid diet, consisting mainly of protein shakes, sugar-free pudding, non-fat yogurt, creamy soups, and non-fat sugar-free ice cream.
